Cartagena has a characteristic and unique exponent in its Holy Week. Local party, par excellence, you live with fullness. It is the longest week of the year. There are ten days: from Friday of Dolores (prior to Palm Sunday) to the Sunday of Resurrection, of populist revulsive in which Cartagena becomes equally festive.
Cartagena has four brotherhoods (marrajos, californios, relief and resurrected) that throughout the year they strive for locals and tourists to delight with their waste of light, flower, music and order during the ten days of passion.
It is declared of international tourist interest since 2005
